Letter From The President

My fellow businessmen,

Rho Tau Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi was founded here at Rutgers University-New Brunswick on October 1st, 2011 which started the journey of establishing a premier professional business fraternity. Our founders worked tirelessly and were determined to leave a legacy of a fraternity that would have distinguished members for years to come, and here we are today.

With over 70 active brothers and an alumni network of 400+ engaged members of diverse skills, backgrounds, and perspectives, we are committed to three fundamental principles. The three principles are professional development, philanthropy, and brotherhood for life. Ever since I decided to step out of my comfort zone and pursued joining this organization, these three pillars have been made clear to me as crucial aspects of this fraternity that we all value as a collective.

Our active and alumni brothers have been extremely successful professionally throughout many industries as they have continuously been able to secure internships and full-time offers at firms like SpaceX, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Accenture, Deloitte, and many more. Our brothers have access to a variety of fields through networking, professional workshops, recruiting events, and career panels.

Another aspect of our fraternity that we hold closest to our heart is our philanthropic efforts through our involvement in organizations such as RU Dance Marathon and Ronald McDonald House. And we always love to mention our wonderful Leilynn, who we “adopted” through the RU4Kids program. Our brothers spend quality time and make sure Leilynn gets the love and support she deserves. Even beyond our fraternity, our brothers are leaders in many other organizations that contribute to the community and make our experience here at Rutgers even better.

Lastly, the most fulfilling part that I am most appreciative of is the brotherhood. I have made countless memories with the many different people in our organization and I am beyond thankful for the brilliant, entertaining, and inspiring family I have been blessed to be a part of. Our connections are built on a solid foundation of shared values and that is why our brothers have been pushing each other to be the best versions of ourselves in every aspect of life. Joining Delta Sigma Pi gave me an opportunity to not only work and better myself but also to surround myself with people that I treasure with all my heart. I continue to see amazing people join our wonderful organization and I look forward to all future brothers that get to enjoy this opportunity as much as I have.

As President of Rho Tau Chapter, I welcome you to our brotherhood.
