What is it?

The DSP Mentorship Program is an eight-week initiative designed to connect first-semester freshmen with experienced DSP brothers. The program offers early exposure to professional opportunities while building essential skills such as networking, teamwork, and communication. Through workshops on resumes, LinkedIn, interview preparation, and coffee chats, mentees gain the resources and guidance they need to start their professional journey. In addition, drop-in office hours provide extra support and personalized advice. By the end of the program, students will not only have developed stronger professional skills but will also have a clearer understanding of whether DSP is the right fit for them.

Who Can Apply?

The program is open to first-semester freshmen who are interested in business and eager to learn more about DSP. Students who demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to engage are encouraged to apply. This opportunity is designed to help motivated freshmen take their first steps toward professional growth while exploring the values and community of DSP.
